Why do I need a card for the free report?

Saving a card keeps free reports fair – one per person, card, email and property. Your card is not charged for the free report; it’s only used if you choose to buy a report or a monthly plan later. Prepaid cards aren’t accepted.

Does it work for every address?

Aerial measurements are available for many U.S. addresses, but not every property – coverage depends on available imagery, and some rural areas and new construction are missing. When there's no aerial data, you can enter on-site measurements and still produce a full report and estimate.

How accurate are the measurements?

Reports are estimates based on third-party aerial and satellite imagery. Imagery can be outdated or obstructed, so always verify measurements on site before ordering materials or finalizing a price. See the Terms of Use.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Pro Roof Estimator runs in your phone's browser. On iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen to use it like an app.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings → Manage billing in the app at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
